Here is a recipe to try the next time you are serving BBQ at your Tailgate Party!

Best Baked Beans Ever!

4 slices thick-cut black pepper bacon, chopped
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 (large) cans baked beans
2 tsp apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS: Cook bacon in a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat until crisp, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate with a slotted spoon; reserve 3 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet.  Add onion to reserved drippings and cook until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add beans. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in bacon and vinegar.

Enjoy and GO TEAM!
