Established in 1918, M. Dumas & Sons is a third generation, locally owned and operated business. Our ultimate goal is to have the absolute best staff and brands solely for you, “The Customer.”

David Dumas

Owner/Buyer

Born into this industry, David Dumas grew up as a child folding clothes. Claire Dumas (mother) and Joe Dumas (father) taught David everything he needed to know about the world of retail. After graduating college at American University, David learned the retail world as an assistant buyer at Lord and Taylor. Now, David Dumas eats, sleeps, and breathes M. Dumas & Sons. Mendel Dumas started M. Dumas & Sons and David is the third generation.

Jordan Lash

General Manager/Buyer

After graduating high school, Jordan Lash decided he would get a summer job at M. Dumas & Sons. Yet alone what he didn’t know is that many years later, he would be managing the whole show. After graduating College of Charleston, Jordan began being heavily involved in the buying and managing the day-to-day activities in the store. Now, Jordan Lash will sum it all up, he says “I am so fortunate that I have a job that I love so much and look forward to going to every day!"

While attending College of Charleston, Daniel began working at M. Dumas & Sons. Years later, he is a key sales associate and a very important team member.

Bron in New York City, John wasn’t too far away from the garment district and this is where a lot of it begin. Working in high-end retail clothing, John has an extensive background in men’s retail. John can bring the perfect fit and style to your wardrobe.

Linwood came from the wholesale side of this business. For many years, Linwood sold M. Dumas and Sons clothing to please their customers. After traveling around as a road rep, he decided to plant his foot in the same industry in his home-town without having to spend half of his life in the car. He enjoys customer interaction and informing the customer of the perfect item for them.
